Beginner's Workshop at Razz in May

Spring is a great time to try something new as we collectively come out of winter hibernation! Are you interested in yoga, but a little intimidated to jump right into a class before learning the basics? This May I will be teaching a four-week beginner’s workshop at Razz Yoga in Phoenix, Maryland that will be a great place to start. You will learn the foundations of alignment in a variety of yoga postures, strengthen stabilizing muscles, and develop increased body awareness. Each class will build on the last and incorporate relaxation-inducing breathing exercises, restorative poses, and meditation. Whether you are interested in stretching, strengthening, or stress relief, yoga has surprisingly far-reaching benefits.
