In addition to my ongoing classes I also offer class packages for groups of eight or more people on location at offices and schools.   The added convenience of attending classes on location at a lower cost than most Yoga studios gives more people the opportunity to experience the healing benefits of a Yoga practice.  Employers also benefit from an employee Yoga program on site; stress is the cause of nearly 90% of doctor visits in the United States and can create significant losses through absenteeism and medical fees.  Studies have shown that companies that invest in wellness/Yoga programs experience savings well beyond the initial investment through increased productivity and reduced health-care costs.  If you are interested in offering a Wellness package at your business please CONTACT ME and we can discuss scheduling class times as well as which program will work best for your employees

Stress Reduction Beginner's Yoga Package : 

This eight week class meets weekly for 1 hour and 15 minutes and is an excellent introduction to Yoga for students who have never practiced Yoga before or have limited experience.  Each class will combine in depth instruction on basic Yoga poses, breathing techniques, and Yoga principles; at the end of eight weeks students will have the tools to be able to skillfully manage stress and increase physical strength and flexibility.  

Seasonal Vinyasa Flow Yoga Package : 

This eight week class also meets weekly for 1 hour and 15 minutes and is designed for the student with previous Yoga experience.  Vinyasa Flow is a more physically challenging style of Yoga and will include more advanced poses.  Working within a flow sequence that will become familiar, we are able to deepen into the poses and fuse breath with movement more seamlessly.  Each Vinyasa Flow package is designed to balance the predominant influences of the current season and includes postures, breathing exercises, and short meditations appropriate for that season:

  • Autumn flow is a sequence designed to ground, nourish, and warm the body while strengthening and stretching the muscles and improving balance and concentration.
  • Winter flow is a sequence designed to build heat and energize the body; it is a strengthening sequence sure to beat the winter doldrums.
  • Spring flow is a detoxifying sequence focused on opening the joints, twisting, and releasing accumulated tension.
  • Summer flow is a cooling sequence designed to calm the nervous system and create space for rest and cellular healing.
